Where do you live?
Geauga Lake? Barrington? or in between?
Seems most folks here base an opinion of you on where you live.
What's up with the neighborhood isolation here? Maybe new developments need little moats my their signs. And here's some names for some developments
"The Former Meadows", "Chainsaw Lane", "Cornfield Homes",
or "That Development next to the outlets" "This Used to be the Woods"

Those moats could also double as retention ponds/drainage systems. Dual purpose.
